What rental services do you provide?

With your monthly or one-off fee we can provide a range of services for your rental property. We cover the whole of Cornwall and advertise property on Rightmove, Zoopla, On the Market, as well as on our own website and others. 

What does your standard rental service include?

As part of our standard rental service we will always erect an advertising board and provide full inventory preparation including photographs, arranging and conducting viewings as well as organising tenant references and contracts. Preparing a tenancy agreement, overseeing tenant check in, and collecting and administering the tenants deposit is all part of our service. 

What other support can you offer landlords?

We can also offer the service to collect your rent and pay you by BACS as well as advise and notify utilities of any changeovers. There’s also the option for us to step in to help serve legal notices to regain possession if needed and the guarantee to get your rent paid in the event of a tenant not paying, so you’re covered! 

As part of your chosen service we can conduct periodic property inspections and reports, handle all tenant enquiries and advise and negotiate a deposit return when a tenancy comes to an end. Key holding, property maintenance, assistance with obtaining gas safety certificates and other compliance matters are all services we can offer here at Townsends. Overseeing tenant check out and being the ‘out of hours’ emergency contact can all be added as part of our support.
