JODIE CARRIGAN

BRANCH MANAGER

I have been working in the property industry since 1999 and during this time I have gained a wide understanding of Estate Agency and Lettings. Over the years I have obtained a Spanish qualification in Lettings, Sales and Property Management (Level 3) and UK qualifications in Lettings and Property Management (Level 3 & 4), Sales (Level 3) and Commercial Property (Level 3). I am a member of ARLA at fellowship level and a member of the NAEA and the commercial branch of the NAEA.

BRACKEN SYMONDS

ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER

I started working in lettings as an apprentice in January 2018 and completed my Level 2 apprenticeship. Since then, I have worked as an administrator, property manager and a negotiator learning both the letting and sales market. I now have my Level 3 Lettings and Property Management qualification and my Level 3 sales qualification. I am a member of ARLA and the NAEA.

BETH PARRY

ACCOUNTS MANAGER

I completed my degree in Linguistics & English Language in 2016, and shortly thereafter began my career in Lettings as an Administrator. In 2022 I began working as an Accounts Manager for Townsends, and during this time have completed the Level 3 Lettings and Property Management qualification and AAT Level 2 in Bookkeeping. I am also an ARLA member

SOPHIE RISBY

SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

After completing my degree in Media & Sociology at Marjon University in Plymouth, I returned to Cornwall to start working for Townsends in 2010 as a Lettings Administrator. In the years following my role changed from Administrator to Property Manager and I have recently completed my Level 3 Lettings and Property Management qualification, and I am a member of ARLA

JASON WHITE

PROPERTY MANAGER

I started working within the lettings industry in 2015 after spending 20 years as a Telecoms contractor and prior to that as a Submariner in the Royal Navy. My strengths are in Property Maintenance and HMO Management. I’m currently working towards my Level 3 Lettings and Property Management qualification

BELLA DIXON-PHILLIP

PROPERTY MANAGER

I started my career in lettings at the beginning of 2024 as a negotiator after a change in my career. I have recently become a property manager and I’m studying to obtain the Level 3 Lettings and Property Management qualification.

ARCHIE BECCONSALL

PROPERTY MANAGER

I started working in lettings in the later part of 2023 after working in the retail sector. I made the change because I wanted a good career path. I have now completed my apprenticeship along with my Level 3 Lettings and Property Management qualification. I am now looking to continue to learn by working towards a commercial Level 3 qualification.
